Water Damage on Second Floor of Home

This water damage on the second floor created quite the mess. Due to severe cold weather a pipe froze solid. The ice in the pipe expanded, ripping a hole in the pipe. When the temperature rose, the ice melted and water ran out of the hole in the pipe, causing the mess. When we first arrived there was a lot of water on the first floor and in the basement. Our crew quickly worked to remove affected materials and dry out the structure as fast as possible. This house was rebuilt shortly after everything was dry, and the home owner was very impressed with our crew! Our team made it "Like it never even happened."
